News----->James Murphy: New LCD Soundsystem album is “definitely better than the other two”

Vague information about the new LCD Soundsystem continues to dribble out. In this week’s NME, which hit newsstands today, James Murphy says that the eagerly-anticipated record is “definitely better” than the band’s previous two full-lengths.

“What I tried to do on the second record [Sound of Silver] was to make a much more wider and strange-sounding record [than LCD Soundsystem], but I ended up making something more cohesive. This time round I’m not sure what I’m trying to do…but I think I am doing what I was trying to achieve on Sound of Silver, which was a wider palette of sound.”

No news yet on the tracklist or title of the album, which is expected to see release in the early Spring.

“I don’t tend to name my albums until they’re completely done,” Murphy tells NME. “I always have a fake title that is the worst title I can think of while I’m working on it….This new record is called ‘Internet Sensation!’ with an exclamation mark.”

The album has been recorded in LA and New York with LCD regulars Al Doyle (also of Hot Chip) and Pat Mahoney, as well as Gavin ‘Black Meteoric Star’ Russom.

Peaches - I Feel Cream ALBUM

I don't think you have the time to read this,i bet you're looking for the download link below. But all i've got to say is that i've been waiting for this album so badly and it didn't let me down not this little.
With contributions from Soulwax,Simian Mobile Disco and Digitalism, whoever thought that she would change her style and lyrics is wrong. There's no way for her to happen, even at her 40 years, she's great at what she's doing.

"Talk To Me" is the greatest electro hit so far in 2009.
Soulwax collaboration with Peaches works perfectly and they aim to set the dancefloors on fire.

The Horrors - Primary Colours ( New Album )

don't get me wrong but i really didn't expect this to happen
after a good debut influenced by garage and post punk bands the horrors come back with a near masterpiece album influenced mainly by shoegaze bands
i really didn't see that coming and i suppose you will be surprised as well
i hope in a good way
you can't find any Count In Fives here
no
but you won't need to do it
primary colours can be described as shoegaze meets post punk and dark wave

this is the Horrors after 2 years using their instruments in a totally different way
this is Farris singing in a totally different way
Geoff Barrow (Portishead) produced the album and he's done a great job
this is gonna top even the lists of the music snobs

the members of BloodOnOurShoes rarely rate an album but this time i'm so excited that i'm gonna give this shit nite out of ten and please allow me to declare this as a modern classic

9/10

TIGA new album,"Ciao"

After he hit the dancefloor for good with "Mind Dimension",it's time for his second album,"Ciao".
Coming out at the end of April,he has collaborated with Soulwax and James Murphy,as well as Gonzales.
Techno with amazing basslines at its peak, the album will also rely on lyrical content.

THE BOY

these are about to be some of the greatest 2009's tracks
and his forthcoming album "PLEASE MAKE ME DANCE" definitely on the top 10
one-man stand doing drumming, keyboards and singing and live sets without pauses.

but still no,you don't get the idea, not a little bit.
are you ready?cause you're not gonna believe this

What else could you wait from her apart from something great?
"Glass" is full of melodies and atmospheric drums, that blows into an unbelievable refrain, all covered by her excellent voice.
Her new album, entitled as Two Suns, will be released on April 6th,and judging by this piece of gold,it's gonna be great.
