The Bloody Beetroots - DOMINO

quoted from Bloody Beetroots official site

"The name “DOMINO” comes from a typical Venetian Carnival costume, a robe with a black hood and a white mask. I have chosen this title to introduce the first BBDC77 anarco-musical army.

DOMINO (like Xmas Vendetta) underscores the contents of ROMBORAMA. DOMINO is part of ROMBORAMA… DOMINO is a spare of ROMBORAMA.DOMINO is music, cinema & photography.

DOMINO is also a revision of history. DOMINO destroys Nazi iconography to turn into Anarchy… pure ANARCHY.
I live in this world and I firmly believe in the autonomy and freedom of the individual.

DOMINO will come out on 23rd March, anticipated by the short movie I have made for you."

Late Of The Pier - Best In Class (Soulwax remix)

it's been a while since we last heard a remix from Soulwax
in fact, the last one they did was Bonkers, which was crazy
we all know that they were recently working on the Late Of The Pier one
here is a rip from Erol Alkan's mix on BBC Radio 6
it is not complete, but you can get the taste
a sick bassline, repeating itself, but the sound is so special that it catches you from the very beginning
Soulwax are back in town

OLD BUT GREAT: Blur - Me, White Noise

"And then you move, move, move, move
And you push, push, push, push
And you trip over yourself and you think to yourself
why am I here?
I'm here because I got no fucking choice
And furthermore
Furthermore
You're BORING"

this is a hidden track from think tank, my favorite blur album
and this track, without a question, makes it to the top 5 blur songs
Phil Daniels vomits some poetry full of disgust about England
something like what he did with Parklife

dub,electronica,pre-gorillaz,masterpiece
ENJOY

FRESH:: The Futureheads - Heartbeat Song, Stuck Dumb

So, its been a while since we last heard from these lads. Firstly they went "off the radar" with their 2nd album, "News And Tributes", back in 2006. Then they came back from the dead with their decent, 2008 release, "This Is Not The World", with loads of fuckin' awesome singles off that album. Now its the time for their 4th, still untilted album, set for release sometime Spring, 2010. They 've already revealed 2 new tracks, "Stuck Dumb"- free download- and most recently, "Heartbeat Song"(already streaming at their MySpace page). The whole attitude is still the same, rough/post-punk that is, but with a poppier edge this time round. Enjoy!

New Sounds For Yr Old Ears:: The Young Friends

Well everyone has been going on and on about The Drums and how big they 're going to get in 2k10..Fuck that..The Drums are shit as far as surf-pop is concerned..(They also look stupid if you ask me..) The Young Friends on the other side are easily one of the bands waiting to be "huge" on the indie/blog-sphere since they sound a lot like The Drums although they 're far more better . The Young Friends are a 5-piece from Phoenix, US and they 've already released a free download debut ep called "North End/Sound End" on Holiday records. That ep must have been downloaded a lot since they stopped giving that away for free some months ago. So, enjoy The young Friends!Brang on about them in 6 months when they 'll be everyone's favourite new band..Just kiddin'..
